A local San Diego team, not a truck driving in for the day

Plenty of “San Diego movers” are really Orange County or LA companies driving down for the job. We are not. We run a real San Diego office in Mission Valley, on Camino del Rio South, staffed by crews who work the county every day and know how it moves. That means we know which downtown buildings need a certificate of insurance and an elevator booked, which La Jolla and coastal streets a full-size truck cannot physically take, and how base move-out season jams up the calendar. You get a team that has done your kind of move, in your area, many times over.
One crew, start to finish. The same insured team plans, wraps, loads, and unloads your move. If anything needs extra care, there is no one to point fingers at. We carry it, we own it.

Every kind of move, one company

Most people need more than just muscle for a day. We size the crew and the plan to the job.
Local Moves
(Most popular) - Homes, condos, and apartments anywhere in San Diego County. We wrap your furniture, take it apart and put it back together, and protect floors and doorways on both ends.
Full-Service Packing
(Hands-free) - Our crew comes and packs your whole home with the materials we bring, labels every box, and unpacks at the new place. The kitchen, the closets, the fragile things, all of it. See Packing Services.
Apartments & High-Rise
Downtown and Mission Valley towers usually need an elevator reserved and a COI on file. We handle that paperwork ahead of time so move day stays on schedule.
Long-Distance & Interstate
Moving out of San Diego or across the country starts with a free video estimate and a clear flat-rate price. See Long-Distance Movers.
Basic valuation coverage.
Offices, suites, and storefronts moved after hours or on weekends to keep your downtime low. See Commercial Movers.
Specialty Items
Pianos, safes, gym equipment, fine art, and wine collections handled with the right crew, padding, and equipment. Tell us about the item and we plan for it.

We move across all of San Diego County

We cover the whole county, coast to back country. A quick map of where we work, shown as four grouped columns or a simple list:

  • Central & Coastal San Diego: Downtown, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Point Loma, Mission Valley, North Park, Coronado.
  • North County Coastal: Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Vista, San Marcos.
  • East County: El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee, Lemon Grove.
  • South Bay & Inland: Chula Vista, National City, Imperial Beach, Poway, Escondido.

The local details that keep a move on schedule

A move goes sideways when nobody planned for the access. San Diego has a few that catch out-of-town crews every time, and we plan around them before the truck rolls.
Coastal and hillside streets.
Parts of La Jolla, Point Loma, and the older coastal blocks have grades and narrow turns a 26-foot truck cannot make. We bring a smaller truck and shuttle when the street calls for it, so we are not stuck circling the block on the clock.
Downtown and Mission Valley high-rises.
These buildings almost always require an elevator reservation and a certificate of insurance, often with set freight windows. We confirm the building’s rules and file the COI ahead of time so you are not paying a crew to wait in the lobby.
Gated and HOA communities.
Much of North County and the inland valleys runs on gate registration and HOA move rules. We sort out gate access and any required notice before move day.
We confirm building and access rules before we dispatch. COI, elevator windows, gate codes, truck size. Sorting it out up front is the difference between an on-time move and an expensive afternoon of waiting.

Military and PCS moves

San Diego County has one of the largest active-duty populations in the country, and we move service members and their families all the time, on and off base. We know PCS season, roughly June through mid-August, fills the calendar fast and that lead times get tight, so the earlier you reach out, the better your date options. If you are coordinating with the base or a relocation timeline, tell us up front and we will plan the move around it.
PCS season books out early. From late spring through summer, San Diego move dates go fast. Lock your date as soon as you have orders and we will work backward from your report date.

What does a move in San Diego cost?

Our pricing is simple and all-inclusive. You pay an hourly rate based on the size of your crew, with a 3-hour minimum, and we bill in 15-minute steps after that. No separate fuel charge, no surprise add-ons. The clock starts when the crew begins at your home, not when they leave the yard.

The one charge California requires is Double Drive Time on moving day. If the drive between your two homes is over 15 minutes, that drive time is counted twice, and we always tell you before you book.

Because the real number depends on your crew size, the day, and the access, the most accurate way to see it is our calculator, and the most exact way is a quick free quote. Our pricing is simple and all-inclusive. Moving out of San Diego or across the country

A long-distance move is a different job from a local one. Your things travel for hours and get handled more often, so we pack them tighter and stronger and label everything. Every long-distance move starts with a free video estimate, where we walk through your home with you over video. That gets you a real flat-rate or not-to-exceed price instead of a guess, and it means we bring the right truck and materials.
Moving out of state? Start with a free video estimate. It is quick, it is free, and it gets you an honest, locked-in price. See Long-Distance Movers for how interstate and cross-country moves work.

Honestly, who this isn't for

We would rather be straight with you than oversell. If you have a studio of boxes you have already packed and a couple of strong friends, you may not need a full crew, and that is fine. We are also not the cheapest name in San Diego. We use experienced crews and good materials, and that costs a little more. But if you want your move planned properly, your things protected, and an honest price you can count on, that is exactly what we do.
