How do you price long-distance moves?
With a flat rate or a Not-To-Exceed (NTE) price. NTE means we set a cap and won’t charge more, even if the job runs longer than expected. You’ll know your price before anything is loaded. Do you do the whole move yourselves, or hand it off?
We do it ourselves. Your home stays with our licensed crew and our truck from pickup to delivery. We’re not a broker that resells your move to an unknown carrier.
-
How far ahead should I book a long-distance move?
As early as you can, since dates fill up. To hold your date we take a 10% deposit, due no later than two weeks before your move. The sooner you book your free estimate, the more options you’ll have.

How do you protect my things on a long trip?
Everything is padded with blankets and stretch wrap, furniture is taken apart and rewrapped, and fragile or valuable items get extra protection or custom crating. Boxes are labeled so nothing goes missing along the way.
