Right now there's one more layer: the 100-acre OCVIBE district is under construction around the Honda Center through the end of the decade, so construction traffic shares Katella with everybody else until the first phase opens. When is the best time to move in Anaheim?

July deserves its own warning: summer demand stacks on top of families racing to land in the Anaheim Hills school zone before fall enrollment paperwork closes, so a July move in the Hills should be booked three to five weeks out.
