How long will my move take?

It depends on the home size and the distance. As a rough guide: a studio takes 2-3 hours, a one-bedroom 3-4, a two-bedroom 4-6, a three-bedroom 5-7, and a four-bedroom 7-10 or more. We’ll give you a tighter window on your written quote once we know what’s moving.

Are you licensed and insured?

How do you protect my furniture?

Every piece gets stretch-wrapped or padded before it leaves the room. Door jambs and floors are covered at both ends. Heavy and fragile items get individual wrapping. If it can scratch, dent, or break, it’s protected before it moves.

What's included in my price?

Local moves are hourly, all-inclusive by crew size: the crew, the truck, wrapping materials, basic tools, and standard disassembly and reassembly. Heavy items are priced by weight class on your written quote. Full price tables are on our Moving Cost page.

What happens if something gets broken?

You report it with photos, we open a written claim, and a named person on our claims team follows it until it’s resolved.

Do you provide packing materials and packing service?

Yes. Full or partial packing with all materials included, done on site by the crew. You can also buy boxes and supplies separately if you prefer to pack yourself.

Your move is assigned a crew sized for the job and a logistics plan. Stairs, elevators, narrow access, parking, and timing windows are accounted for in advance. Fragile and high-value items get specialized handling.

Move Day.

Crew arrives within the scheduled window. They walk the home with you, protect floors and doorways, and the project runs from there.

Wrap-Up.

Items are placed where you want them not dumped in a room. We don't leave until you've signed off that everything's in order.

After.

If anything went wrong, our claims team opens a ticket the same day and resolves it. You don't have to fight for a fix.
