Are these reviews real?
Yes. The feed pulls live from our public Google and Yelp profiles, counts included. We can’t edit, reorder, or delete them, and you can click through to read every one at the source.

What happens if something breaks during a move?
You report it, ideally with photos, we open a written claim, and a named person on our claims team follows it until it’s resolved.

How do you handle negative reviews?
We answer them, publicly and specifically. A few of our reviews describe a problem and how it was resolved; those are worth reading before you decide.

Google helps the next family find us in local search; Yelp works too, and if your crew earned it, name them. We read every review that comes in.

Whoever you end up hiring, a few things are worth checking. Patterns matter more than stars: one review describes one day, while the same comment repeated for years describes how a company actually works. Recent reviews matter more than old ones. And it's worth reading how a company replies to criticism, because that's where you see it without the marketing.
What people write about us
We read every review that comes in. The patterns are the ones listed above: crew members mentioned by name, careful handling, final bills matching the written quote, answered phones. Rather than expand on that here, we'd suggest verifying it in the feed. It's all there.
When something goes wrong
